We are a small local real estate firm dedicated to the needs of our buyers and sellers. We currently have 7 real estate agents and one managing broker. The broker, Joanna Thompson is also the owner.  Thompson Properties, established in 1995, specializes in meeting the needs of our clients. We have stayed small for a reason. We want to offer the best personalized service that we can. Our clients tend to always be repeat clients or referrals.

Thompson Properties is also known for our knowledge of historical properties. We tend to specialize in older homes in the downtown neighborhoods. From the small cottages of Memorial Park to the mansions of the Old North End, we are well versed in clay sewer lines, knob and tube wiring, lathe and plaster walls, 100 year old boiler systems and straying properties lines.

Our love of downtown has not deterred us from working in other neighborhoods. From Broadmoor to Briargate, Thompson Properties signs are seen. We work with buyers where ever they need to be. Thompson Properties have sold homes all over Colorado. We have had closings not only in Colorado Springs but also in Denver, Castle Rock,  Woodland Park and Florissant. We even have sold mountain homes in Leadville and Frisco, Colorado.
